Delete your account
If you still have the app
This is the fastest way and it takes effect immediately.
- Open Eayni
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm
You do not need to contact us and you do not need to give a reason.
If you no longer have the app
You do not need to reinstall anything. Email info@eayniapp.com from the address or with the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account.
We will confirm your request, delete the account, and write back to tell you it is done. We respond within one month, and normally within a few days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your profile and all the answers you gave
- your photos — both the originals and the AI-blurred copies shown to other members
- your matches, and the messages inside them
- your daily introductions and your reviewer grade
- any voice messages from your conversations
- your guardian (mahram) link, if you had one
This cannot be undone. Eayni signs you in anonymously, without a password, so a deleted account cannot be recovered — not by you and not by us.
What we keep, and for how long
Residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Beyond that we keep only what we must for legal or safety reasons, such as abuse reports. Nothing from a deleted account is used for matching, analytics or any other purpose.
Removing yourself from the waitlist
If you signed up on this website but never created an account in the app, email info@eayniapp.com and we will delete your entry.
Your other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have under the GDPR. You can also ask for access to your data, correction, restriction, portability, or object to processing. The Privacy Policy explains each of them, and you can exercise any of them via info@eayniapp.com.
